Apriso Expands European Operations, Opens Office in Milan, Italy
New Office Will Support Sales, Marketing and Operations Activity throughout the Region
(Milan – February 12, 2007) – Apriso Corporation, a provider of adaptive software platforms for global operations execution, announced today the opening of their newest office, to be located in Milan, Italy. This is the company’s latest global office that will support the region’s transition from a distribution business model to a direct sales approach leveraging local partners. This expansion reflects strong growth in the southern European region achieved in 2006, coupled with the need for expanding support to a growing customer base throughout Europe.

Existing partnership agreements will now be expanded to provide complete sales and support for new and existing customers throughout the region. The company’s flagship product, FlexNet®, an operations execution system designed for the global, multi-site manufacturer, is currently in use by multiple manufacturers operating within the region. Customers benefiting from Apriso in the region include Lear, Valeo, L’Oréal, Schneider and Saint-Gobain Sekurit, who recently spoke at The Traçabilité and Progilog event on January 24, 2007. Saint-Gobain discussed how their dispersed supply network is managed by deploying a centralized ERP application tightly coupled with FlexNet’s decentralized manufacturing and logistics solution. The event brought together more than 250 experts, consultants, suppliers and equipment manufacturers exhibiting a comprehensive range of solutions.
