APRISO CORPORATION EARNS CERTIFIED PARTNER STATUS
IN MICROSOFT PARTNER PROGRAM

(Long Beach, CA - March 27, 2006) – Apriso® Corporation, a provider of adaptive software platforms for manufacturing operations, today announced it has earned certified status in Microsoft Corp.’s Partner Program recognizing Apriso’s expertise and total impact in the technology marketplace.

As a Certified Partner, Apriso has demonstrated expertise with Microsoft technologies and proven ability to meet customer needs. Microsoft Certified Partners receive a set of benefits, including access, training and support, that give them a competitive advantage in the marketplace.

“Only companies that have demonstrated high levels of customer service, proved their experience and attained advanced certification receive the designation of Microsoft Certified Partner,” said Allison Watson, vice president of the Worldwide Partner Sales and Marketing Group at Microsoft. “Today, Microsoft recognizes Apriso for its skills and expertise in providing customer satisfaction with Microsoft products and technology.”

Apriso is a software company dedicated to providing competitive advantage to its customers by developing solutions that help them meet both planned and unexpected events in their operations.  The company’s flagship product, FlexNet®, is both an adaptive operations execution platform and a suite of modular applications in a single solution.  Built on a unified data model, the software tightly synchronizes activity in all areas of a manufacturer’s operations, in real time, including manufacturing execution (MES), quality management (QMS), computerized maintenance management (CMMS), warehouse management (WMS), time & labor, and supply chain visibility.

FlexNet is based on a true Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), making it ideal for activity that lies between the ERP layer and the plant floor, and is the only BPM (business process management) solution targeted at mission-critical manufacturing processes.  Built to be ERP-centric, the software adds robust functionality to a manufacturer’s ERP system through operations execution on the shop floor, where it’s needed most.

“We are pleased to have earned certified status in the Microsoft Partner Program,” said Chris Will, chief technology officer, Apriso.  “The certification assures customers of FlexNet’s interoperability in a Microsoft environment, and demonstrates the high level of satisfaction and value Microsoft customers have enjoyed through their Apriso deployments.”

The Microsoft Partner Program was launched in December 2003 and represents Microsoft’s ongoing commitment to the success of partners worldwide. The Microsoft Partner Program offers a single, integrated partnering framework that recognizes partner expertise, rewards the total impact that partners have in the technology marketplace, and delivers more value to help partners’ businesses be successful.
