
APRISO APPOINTS SOFTWARE INDUSTRY VETERANS
TO NEWLY CREATED EXECUTIVE POSTS
Company Gears Up for Sales Momentum in North America, EMEA and Asia-Pacific Region
(Long Beach, CA - January 9, 2006) - Apriso Corporation, a provider of adaptive solutions for manufacturing and supply chain operations, has appointed three software industry veterans to newly created operations executive posts. The new appointments reflect Apriso’s increasing growth in the North American, European and Asia-Pacific regions, and the company‘s renewed focus on attaining the highest possible level of customer satisfaction.

They were hand-picked for these positions based upon their ability to build world-class customer service and sales organizations.”
Chris Chung has been named vice president of field operations for the Asia-Pacific region. A veteran in the information technology industry, he has held executive positions with leading multinational software vendors in Taiwan, Singapore and South Korea. Chung has served as area manager of strategic alliances, Asia Pacific Region, with NCR; regional president, Asia Pacific region, of Baan; General Manager, North Asia of QAD Inc.
Mark Gonia has been hired as vice president of field operations, Americas, and will manage Apriso’s sales, presales and partner development efforts in the United States and Latin America. Gonia joins Apriso from Camstar Systems, Inc., where he served as managing director of that company’s semiconductor and electronics business worldwide. A 25-year software industry veteran, Gonia has also held sales management positions at PRI Automation, Promis Systems and Schlumberger, Ltd.
Yves Vergnolle has been promoted to vice president and managing director of EMEA operations, and will work out of Apriso’s Paris office. He will oversee sales, pre-sales, partner relations and implementation services activities in the region. Vergnolle served for six years as a consultant/manager with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture, NYSE:ACN), a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company. He joined Apriso in 2000 as manager of the implementation services team for EMEA. He worked for three years as director of product management in the company’s Long Beach, Calif. headquarters before being promoted to his current position in September.
Chung, Gonia and Vergnolle and have assumed their new roles with Apriso.
