Over the past year, the Apriso team has spoken with many customers whose growing businesses are driving the need for expansion and integration of manufacturing operations. Some customers are looking to gain efficiencies across a small enterprise, while others are dealing with a large-scale global challenge. With all these organizations, we find one common theme; they all realize the need for improved systems that can easily leverage best practices for the management of adaptive operations across their enterprise.

Our customers are taking on big problems - stand-alone “siloed” operations, multiple IT systems, ERP limitations – and are making them issues of the past as they begin to embrace shared best practices and adaptive systems with Apriso.

To be competitive, our customers are gaining visibility into processes throughout their organizations.  They need to know what São Paulo, Shanghai or Marysville is doing in real-time.  They can’t afford to guess when their suppliers around the world will deliver.  And, they need to be able to take best practices from one facility and implement them in another.

Adaptive manufacturers require an Operations Execution System (OES) that supports global coordination with local execution. This means our customers can update software in all locations, simultaneously, helping them deploy, manage and monitor production processes and performance across their enterprise and extended supplier network.

According to a recent Aberdeen study, best-in-class manufacturers with global OES systems like Apriso’s report lower operational costs, higher customer satisfaction ratings, improved manufacturing control, better visibility into plants and factories, and faster order-to-delivery – for an impressive return on investment.

Thank you for your continued interest in Apriso. We look forward to sharing more findings in future editions of Apriso Right Now, or in person.
