Senior Business Development Representative - EuropeApriso is looking for a high integrity, performance oriented, individual who exudes the confidence and conviction needed to qualify software sales opportunities and secure introductory meetings for our European Sales team. As a Senior Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be cold calling into prospective companies who Apriso is looking to do business with. In addition, you will conduct follow up and nurturing activities on inbound leads generated from Apriso and its Partners’ Marketing Programs. Your objective is to find the decision maker within those companies, engage them on the phone, identify areas of improvement that map to Apriso’s FlexNet Manufacturing Operations Management solution, and engage our Sales team. As a Senior Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for increasing Apriso’s sales pipeline directly through demand generation. Throughout your conversations with high-level decision makers, your challenge will be to not only bring a consultative approach, but also manage and overcome their objections so you can turn their apprehensions into peaked interest, and ultimately, a “highly qualified” sales opportunity. It is imperative that you build and establish an excellent working relationship with Sales to ensure your success, as well as theirs. Position requirements:
