Strategic Account Executive - North America

This position will include these responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with a small number of very large growth customer and/or high potential, global prospect accounts at the Executive Level (CXO, VP Operations, General Manager)

Engage resources from Pre-Sales, Consulting and Business Development to position, close and deliver the best solution

Identify and leverage business relationships with partners to deliver solutions to shared customers/prospects

Develop account plans and strategies to achieve goals and quota objectives

Build and maintain an aggressive, but accurate pipeline of add-on sales to existing customers and new business opportunities at target prospect accounts

Efficiently and effectively manage your time to maximize opportunities

Develop and maintain an understanding of the specific value proposition created by the various Apriso solutions
Essential Position Requirements:
-
Extensive knowledge and experience of the manufacturing and supply chain business processes in one or more of the Automotive, Industrial, Aerospace and Consumer Goods industries

Skills in consultative selling, developing new business, and the ability to present at the CXX or boardroom level

Understanding of end-to-end supply chain concepts and experience in discrete and repetitive manufacturing environments via previous sales experience with ERP, Supply Chain Planning, or MES vendors is highly desirable

Large, complex strategic account selling experience
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrated career stability
- Knowledge & experience in large deal value based selling
- Track record of consistent quota over-achievement
- 5+ years experience in selling Enterprise Application Software Solutions ($1M+ deals with 9-12 month sales cycle)
- Team approach to opportunity development
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field (Required)
- Masters Degree in related field (Preferred)
