Office Manager

Under the responsibility of the Financial Controller you will be in charge of the following tasks:

Administrative

  • Management of calls and visitors reception
  • Dispatch of the mail
  • Booking hotels, trains and flights tickets
  • Follow-up of the office equipment stock
  • Prepare the conference room for meetings and trainings

Projects administration

  • Checking of the expenses, control of the receipts, adjustment in our monitoring management tool and validation for payment

Customers and purchasers follow-up

  • Cash collection
  • Purchasers payments

Human Resources management

  • Employees management
    • hardware (laptop, phone, office keys),
    • cards,
    • medical visit,
    • follow-up of the day-off (vacation, RTT, sick…) planning

Accounting entries in our internal tool (training provided)

  • Receivables entries
  • Expenses and payments entries
  • Purchasers payments entries
  • Figures reconciliation each monthly closing

With BAC+2 diploma, you justify for a 2 to 3 years experience in a same position.

English imperative

Organised and reliable, good relationship and sense of service.
