Office Manager
Under the responsibility of the Financial Controller you will be in charge of the following tasks:
Administrative
- Management of calls and visitors reception
- Dispatch of the mail
- Booking hotels, trains and flights tickets
- Follow-up of the office equipment stock
- Prepare the conference room for meetings and trainings
Projects administration
- Checking of the expenses, control of the receipts, adjustment in our monitoring management tool and validation for payment
Customers and purchasers follow-up
- Cash collection
- Purchasers payments
Human Resources management
- Employees management
- hardware (laptop, phone, office keys),
- cards,
- medical visit,
- follow-up of the day-off (vacation, RTT, sick…) planning
Accounting entries in our internal tool (training provided)
- Receivables entries
- Expenses and payments entries
- Purchasers payments entries
- Figures reconciliation each monthly closing
With BAC+2 diploma, you justify for a 2 to 3 years experience in a same position.
English imperative
Organised and reliable, good relationship and sense of service.
