The Apriso management team is a group of experienced software solutions experts who are passionate about three things: our product innovation; our deep manufacturing operations execution expertise; and our continued focus on what our customers need most - success via adaptive manufacturing operations.


		Jim Henderson President and CEO Jim brings thirty years of enterprise software operations experience from such companies as IBM, MSA, NDC, Simione Central and GERS to Apriso. Henderson joins Apriso from GERS a $50 million leading provider of enterprise software. Prior to GERS he was CEO and President of Simione Central, a $100 million healthcare software solutions provider. In addition, Henderson demonstrated his management skills at IBM, MSA, and National Data Corporation where he had executive roles in sales, marketing, technology, and product line management. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance from Rice University.


		Chris Brecher Executive Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations Chris brings over 22 years of sales management experience to Apriso, most recently as global account director with SAP's retail solutions business from 1998 to 2000. In this role, he helped grow annual revenues from $5 million to $85 million and the customer base by 500 percent. He has also held executive and management positions with Siebel Systems, Lawson Software and GERS. A Certified Public Accountant, Brecher earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University and a Masters in Business Administration degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.


		Chris Will Chief Technology Officer Chris has over 20 years of experience in the enterprise software industry, including roles in implementation, product development, strategy, research, and Quality Assurance. In 1992, he co-founded CIM Vision, where he led services and successfully grew the company to $11 million in revenue with 28 consecutive quarters of growth and profit. In 1999, he spearheaded the necessary fund raising for a global expansion, transforming the company into the present-day Apriso. Mr. Will holds Bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and a Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of California at Los Angeles.


		Tom Comstock Executive Vice President of Worldwide Marketing, Product Management and Strategy Tom brings 20 years of manufacturing software marketing and sales experience to Apriso. Most recently, Tom was Vice President of Product Marketing at Brooks Software, a division of Brooks Automation, which focuses on real-time execution software for high tech manufacturers. Previously, he held Vice President of Marketing roles at Sequencia Corporation, a PLM provider, and at Promis Systems, a provider of MES systems. Tom earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Los Angeles, a Master's degree from the University of California at Berkeley, and a Master's in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.


		Carey Tokirio Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Corporate Secretary Carey brings more than twenty years of financial management experience to Apriso. Prior to Apriso, Carey worked in accounting, auditing, treasury, taxes and operations capacities at several other technology firms, including Critical Path and QAD. Carey is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles, and earned a Masters in Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Southern California.


		Yves Vergnolle Senior Vice President of Global Services, Support and Presales Yves has over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing and supply chain enterprise software industries. In the 12 years Yves has been at Apriso, he has performed several senior management roles, including leading global solution implementations, leading the product design group and managing Apriso's European operations. Previously, Mr. Vergnolle was a manager at Accenture, where he worked on global ERP implementations in the Oil, Automotive and Industrial Equipment industries. Yves earned a Master’s degree in Engineering from École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers - ENSAM.
