FlexNet’s vQDT allows manufacturers to track and analyze product defects at the level of individual occurrence, including product configuration, runtime and analysis. With this capability, operators can use images of the product to pinpoint the exact spot of a defect to quickly provide important data at the location with a mobile device for visual root cause analysis to help reduce future defects.

This new capability is now available for all Apriso customers running FlexNet Quality version 9.5 or higher.
