Apriso Customers Saint Gobain - Sekurit and Ugitech to Present Success Stories at Traçabilité and Progilog Event

Manufacturers to demonstrate how Apriso’s software solution is used to extend the value of existing ERP and supply chain systems

Who:  Two Apriso manufacturing customers will share how they are effectively controlling costs and streamlining operations through the use of Apriso’s adaptive software for global operations execution.
Saint-Gobain Sekurit (www.saint-gobain-sekurit.com), the leading Tier 1 supplier of glass to the automotive and transport markets, implemented Apriso’s FlexNet® system to provide a completely unified solution for manufacturing and logistics across 40 European manufacturing and distribution sites. Saint-Gobain will present how they are managing operations as one dispersed supply network by deploying a centralized ERP application tightly coupled with FlexNet’s decentralized manufacturing and logistics solution.

Ugitech (www.ugitech.com), a world leader in the manufacture of long stainless steel products, has deployed FlexNet integrated with SAP R/3 to drive and trace manufacturing operations of French wiredrawing production plants (including methods, quality, logistic and shipping). The conference will present the project and its organization, the objectives, the functional and technical solution and first gains obtained in industrial sites: productivity savings, service to client, management of teams and shifts, standardization of good practices.
