Apriso Expands Presence in German Market through Partnership with Lang und Peitler Automation GmbH
Systems Integrator will expand service offerings to implement Apriso operations execution systems, effectively integrating ERP with automation systems
(Paris – 18 July, 2007) – Apriso Corporation, a provider of adaptive software solutions for global operations execution, today announced a new partnership with Lang und Peitler Automation GmbH, an industry-leading solution provider in process and manufacturing automation since 1986. A subsidiary of M+W Zander-Group, Lang und Peitler employs over 440 employees in 15 branch offices across Germany, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, the Czech Republic and China. As a regional Apriso deployment partner serving the Central European markets, Lang und Peitler will greatly expand Apriso’s presence throughout the region, leveraging existing customer relationships to address the growing need for increased visibility and control of automation and operations execution by global manufacturing organizations.
The growing penetration of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems within large manufacturers has created an acute need for expanded systems integration down to the shop floor, including better assimilation among existing MES and automation systems.
