FlexNet® Process Builder is a Business Process Management (BPM) tool that gives non-technical personnel the dynamic authoring capabilities they need to adjust processes to meet changing requirements. With FlexNet Process Builder, you can adapt processes on the plant floor, at any point in the process, with full integration to existing ERP systems. Using XML-based Web Services technology and drag and drop tools, FlexNet Process Builder enables you to adapt to and control manufacturing complexity without resorting to laborious custom coding. FlexNet Process Builder enables you to respond to changes in market demand, business strategy and regulatory compliance and maintain continuous improvement initiatives in keeping with Six Sigma requirements.

- Allows for definitions of processes that drive complex, event-driven situations
- Configures execution processes that guide workers through in-flow tasks as well as controls how they handle unplanned events and exceptions
- Defines processes from a library of standard functions, or customizes processes
