Apriso Training - Long Beach, CA

(April 28 - May 16, 2014)

Apriso Process Authoring - Week 1 (April 28 - May 2, 2014)
This course begins with an overview of the entire suite of Apriso products, with a concentration on Apriso Process Builder. Students will learn the basics of process and operations structure, using simple formulas and SQL queries, while familiarizing themselves with the layout and function of this application. By Day 3, students will perform advanced process authoring, including adding work instructions to operations and writing advanced formulas. Students will then use business components and stored procedures to write to the Apriso database to create tasks and design their own operation based on a pre-determined set of requirements.

The Apriso Foundation - Week 2 (May 5 - May 9, 2014)
This course provides students with greater detail and knowledge of how to manage a Apriso deployment, including how to administer and distribute best practices. Students will learn in greater detail about the Apriso process-based foundation that functions like an IT platform, and how it can be installed with the necessary security, configuration, localization, system support and archiving capabilities. The course will also include a focus on Global Process Manager, KPI's, SAP business integration and the administration skills needed to best manage an Apriso deployment.

Apriso Applications - Week 3 (May 12 - May 16, 2014)
This course provides more detailed instruction on the Apriso Production and Warehouse modules. During this training session students will learn in greater detail about the implementation and configuration of Apriso Production and Apriso Warehouse, including an understanding of various scenarios how these applications can be used together as a powerful solution to achieve and sustain manufacturing excellence.

Meet Your Trainer

Joe Bauer
Joe’s training career began in 1993 while stationed at Ft. Lee, Virginia, USA, teaching fellow soldiers and Marines procedures for testing aviation fuel, correct use of the fuel pumping units on the HEMTT and TPU, as well as cold and hot refueling operations for military helicopters. After returning home to Idaho, he spent several years teaching direct sales, successfully training hundreds of salespeople, who in turn sold over $2 million worth of household appliances. After a brief period of working Professional Services for Retalix (now part of NCR), he began training corporate customers on Retalix’ Point of Sale software, and has continued as a software/technical trainer with companies like HighTower Software, and Microsoft. In his time at Apriso (recently purchased by DASSAULT SYSTEMES), he has successfully trained well over 100 people in FlexNet.
