Allocating resources to each activity, rescheduling to resolve work overloads, developing the project budget, and monitoring the progress of the FlexNet® implementation are all project management tasks that are made much easier through Apriso’s FAST methodology.  That’s because FAST provides a methodology for tailoring a project plan to unique business improvement initiatives. A typical initiative is broken down into time-phased segments. This approach makes it possible to realize immediate return on investment in low-risk areas, avoiding the long lead times frequently associated with process re-engineering projects. Once proven, the same methods can be quickly applied to other business areas, locations and business partners in order of diminishing marginal return.

The Project Plan establishes the completion date and budget for each project segment and milestone. A separate Next Milestone Plan for each project segment and milestone establishes the completion date and staffing requirements for each activity.
