During the course of an initiative, the FAST methodology stresses continual monitoring of project activities against current Next Milestone Plans, as well as executive review and sign-off of key deliverables. The Executive Sponsor and Steering Committee are constantly kept abreast of progress or problems through formal briefings by the Project Director and Engagement Manager. These provide the opportunity to resolve problems on-the-spot, keeping the entire initiative on track.

FAST provides templates for all project deliverables to expedite the preparation of deliverables. These templates provide a detailed explanation of the requirements for each deliverable.
