Evaluate, Identify and Improve Your Apriso Solution with an Operational Performance Review

Having already made the important first step to improve performance of your manufacturing operations – implementing an Apriso solution – now is the time to review your initiative to remain on target for optimal performance. Were the initial Return on Investment (ROI) objectives accomplished? Did the initially identified performance metrics improve as projected? Has your business or IT framework changed? How well have continuous improvement activities succeeded? These are all important questions to consider. While not all of the answers may be as expected, it is critical to keep an eye focused on how to learn from each go-live, so as to accelerate deployment at subsequent sites.
The Dassault Systèmes team conducts an Operational Performance Review (OPR) as a post-implementation assessment to evaluate whether initial project objectives were met, and to provide visibility for what next performance improvement steps should be considered. As part of each evaluation, it is also important to do an “outside in” review.
